About the District
Renaissance Commons Community Development District is located in the City of Boynton Beach on the southeast corner of Gateway Boulevard and Congress Avenue. It consists of 85.55 acres of mixed use such as retail, office space, townhomes, condos and apartment units. The District was created by Ordinance No. 05-018 of the City of Boynton Beach.
